Books behind or unreliable? We start with a diagnostic review, quote a fixed project fee — no hourly meter — and hand you clean, current books. Most cleanup clients move to a monthly plan after.

Pricing, answered plainly
What’s included in every plan?
Monthly categorization, bank and credit card reconciliations, financial statements (P&L and balance sheet), and a close completed by the fifth business day. Higher tiers add AP/AR, payroll coordination, KPIs, forecasting, and review meetings.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. Every plan is month-to-month. We keep clients by being excellent, not by locking the door.
What if my books are behind or a mess?
That’s normal — most clients start there. We begin with a diagnostic review and a fixed-fee cleanup project, then transition you to a monthly plan with clean books.
Do you do taxes?
No — and on purpose. We’re bookkeeping and accounting-operations specialists. Your tax preparer gets clean, reconciled books at year-end, which usually lowers their bill.
What if I have more accounts or higher volume?
The plans fit most businesses from $500K to $10M in revenue. If your situation is bigger or unusual, we’ll quote a fixed price after the discovery call — still never hourly.
How do payments work?
A flat monthly subscription, billed automatically. You always know the number before the month starts.
