Who we are
Stealth Ledger LLC ("we") provides bookkeeping and accounting-operations services to small businesses. This policy covers stealthledgerhq.com. Client engagements are governed additionally by your engagement letter.
What we collect on this site
When you contact us or book a consultation, we collect what you provide: name, email, company, industry, revenue range, and your message. We also collect standard, privacy-respecting site analytics (page views and approximate region — no advertising trackers).
How long we keep inquiry data
We retain inquiry and consultation information indefinitely so that we can serve you well if you return to us months or years later. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@stealthledgerhq.com and we will honor it promptly.
What we never do
We never sell your information, never share it with advertisers, and never use it for anything other than responding to you and providing our services.
Service providers
This site runs on a small set of infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email), and Cal.com (scheduling). Each is bound by its own security and privacy commitments.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Client financial documents are never handled over email — they move exclusively through our secure client portal, with access logging.
